1. No person under 25 may enter. 2. Only one entry per applicant. 3. Entrant must reside in the Western Cape and be available for a skin assessment between 21 May and 15 June 2018. 4. Entrant must be available for the 12-month period to perform treatments at least once a month. 5. Entrant must be available for the grand reveal at the Naked Truth event in September 2019. 6. Entrant must agree to have photos taken and for photos to be used for advertising purposes. 7. Entrant must sign all consent forms for treatments performed. 8. Only skincare products recommended by MASC therapists may be used. Products will be tailored to the entrant’s budget and can be purchased at discounted prices. Entrant can expect to spend between R500 and R1 000 per month on products. 9. Treatments may be done by different therapists throughout the year. 10. Entrant must be able to schedule appointments between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. 11. Botox and filler treatments must be performed by one of the doctors at MASC Laser Clinic (Drs Jonathan Toogood or Suzanne Coolen). These treatments must be discussed with the therapist prior to booking to arrange appropriate treatment regimes. Botox and filler will be charged at a discounted price. 12. Entries close 15 May 2018.
